“Aquatic Plant Management; Directs FWCC, in consultation with UF/IFAS & FGCU/Water School, to implement & study nutrient removal technologies & mechanical aquatic plant management techniques within Lake Okeechobee watershed; authorizes FWCC to consult & contract with entities for implementation & study; directs FWCC to submit report to Governor & Legislature; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.” — HB 579
