On Saturday evening, Louisville Metro Police responded to La Chasse, an upscale European restaurant in the 1300 block of Bardstown Road, as armed demonstrators marched northbound on the highway.

When armed Black Lives Matter demonstrators stormed the outside section of an upscale Louisville restaurant on the day of the Kentucky Derby, a diner pulled a gun on them.

According to a Twitter video of the confrontation, an armed diner is teasing an angry BLM protester who lunges at him multiple times while others hold him back.

According to Fox News, a restaurant employee told police that "multiple armed protesters entered the restaurant property, which included outdoor dining space."

"During the encounter both patrons and protesters brandished firearms," police spokeswoman Alicia Smiley told the outlet.

The Louisville Metro Police Department broadcasted a livestream of their protest reaction on Facebook. In the stream you can hear protesters saying to the police "I hope you die" and hurling epithets and cuss words at arresting officers:

Protesters surrounded and yelled profanities at police making an arrest, according to the video. Police have arrested at least 5 protesters.
